PALM HEARTS Core Coaching Cycle:

  • Minimum 8 - 60min sessions.

  • First session is complimentary.

  • 1 session per week, or 1 session every 2 weeks is advised.

  • ZAR 600 per 60 minute session.

 

Additional follow-on 60 min sessions

  • Only after core coaching cycle has been completed.

 Additional 30 minute on-the-go connect session
